The lecturers' accommodation is planned at the Barnard Hotel located in the Vicentina sector, next to the National Polytechnic School. The hotel can be accessed through two entrances.

The Lodgment for the workshop participants is planned to be in the University residence of the Andina Simón Bolivar University.
